We had a comprehensive energy system installed by Greenfuture Energy, including solar panels, a battery system, an Air Source Heat Pump, a new hot water cylinder, and new radiators. From start to finish, the supply and installation process was handled excellently.

We’ve recently had our annual service carried out by Asher and we couldn’t be more impressed. He arrived on time and completed the manufacturer’s required service to an exceptionally high standard. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at each stage, which we really appreciated.

Its reassuring to find a company that maintains such high standards of maintenance long after the initial installation. We would be more than happy to recommend Greenfuture and will certainly be using them again when we are ready to install our electric vehicle charger.

GreenFuture provided excellent service starting with my first enquiry followed by an initial visit to understand my requirements (replacing ageing smoke alarms). The work was completed without problems and everything was left clean & tidy.

My EV charger decided to stop working. There was no power to it at all. I contacted the original installer. They were not very helpful. So I rang Greenfuture Energy Ltd. The response to my phone call was friendly and helpful. Leo soon attended the site and quickly diagnosed the problem as a non-functioning circuit breaker. The part was ordered. It arrived within a few days, was fitted with no fuss and fully tested. My EV charger is now operational again. I couldn't be happier. This was a small job, but Greenfuture was happy to help and did so professionally and quickly.

I have a heat pump that was fitted by Green Future back in 2015. They do the annual service and any repairs. They are responsive and efficient.

Greenfuture installed a full central heating system, air source heat pump and solar panels for us 2 years ago. We are so pleased with the results and service we received. All the engineers are very knowledgeable and professional and their attention to detail was fantastic. The install was very neat and they only use tried and tested...good quality products. Aftercare is also excellent, giving us a full lesson on how everything works and always being at the end of the phone to answer any questions we have. I highly recommend them, we are very pleased!

I also had a great experience with Green Future Energy. We had our old oil-fired central heating system replaced with a new air source heat pump and new radiators. And GFE also suppied and installed an array of PVs and batteries.

The installation work was faultless. GFE arrived when they said they would, they were knowledgeable and friendly, and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble for them - radiators were hung where we wanted them even when it was a hassle for them to change the piping around - they could not have been more flexible and helfpul. In every little thing they seemed to go above and beyond what we expected. They were extremely professional.

My heating and electricity bills have plummeted and I could not be more happy with the performance of the new system. Post-installation care has also been excellent. They have been back a couple of times to upgrade firmware and apply the latest software patches, and any time I have had a problem or question they have been available to help.

It's rare these days to get really top notch service. Go with GFE if you possibly can - I can't recommend them highly enough.

Greenfuture built the plumbing, waste and heating system for our new house in Suffolk. They designed a good system, were reliable, worked well with our builder, and the end result was a great heating and hot water system (air source heat pump). Everything works to a high standard and they are easy to deal with and immediately come in to fix any glitches.

Rylan managed the project well (even fixed our internet) and Ollie did all the fixing work - all to a high standard. They also fixed an electric problem - their electrician Stuart immediate saw what needed to be done and fixed it.

We strongly recommend them.

Very happy with the installation of a NIBE air source heat pump as a replacement to our oil boiler. The level of service was excellent from start to finish, not knowing very much about the heating system was a bit daunting but we were reassured and had any questions answered straight away with a phone call. Fantastic service. We have had the team at Greenfuture installed 4 bespoke adaptations in our house over the past 2 years which have made a life changing difference to our family's life, including our disabled daughter. Michael did a wonderful job of installing a bath/shower tap in our upstairs bathroom. We asked three plumbers before about the feasibility of changing the tap and they all ran away saying it was too difficult to do but Michael was brave enough to strip away a vanity unit so that he could get the required access. We are very pleased with the solar panel installation installed by GFE in January this year. The team doing the installation was efficient and polite and they left everything clean and tidy. Any queries we've had have been responded to quickly.

Really helpful when I needed some advice. Very patient with me as I did not understand the issue or use the right words. Offered to come and have a look for no charge. Talked me through what I needed to do., which was not easy as I have sight issues. Would definitely recommend.

I used Greenfuture Energy for design and installation of our general plumbing, air source heat pump and underfloor heating on a self build house project. They were always on site when I needed them during first and second fix. Couple of minor snagging issues were dealt with immediately when reported. The ASHP has been really efficient!

I used this company to have solar panels installed. Every step of the process was explained by GFE staff. I am more than happy with the level of service received. I did initially have a fault, owner Paul was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I am now thinking about having a heat source pump and GFE is my first choice, highly recommended :-)

I had a boiler leak and water banging, I called Green Future Energy as I was recommended by a friend, They were extremely quick to respond and efficient to fix all the problems and was very impressed with the price and the friendliness and professionalism of the engineer, I would highly recommend this company and have done to friends.

After a recent problem with our pilot light on our boiler I contacted Greenfuture energy. I spoke to a helpful chap on the end of the phone who ran through a couple of checks with me.

The boiler still wouldn’t light so he said he would get heating engineer round to have a look. Within the hour a engineer arrived very friendly bloke, who checked the boiler and replaced a part to do with the pilot light as it had burnt out.

Upon doing some other checks in the house found out there was another problem. It had something to do with the gas meter so called the gas board and got them to come and replace the meter.

Within a couple of hours the meter had been changed and the boiler was up and running and we’ve had no more issues.

I would recommend Greenfuture as a company the staff are very polite and helpful.

The engineer who came to our house was extremely polite taking his shoes off before entering and was also very tidy whilst working and when he left.

The bill I received was extremely reasonable and if I get anymore issues with my boiler they will get the job of fixing it.

Over the past twenty years I have used the services of GreenFuture for my Clinic in Saxmundham, because of the nature of my work l have had to have tip top state of the arts heating and plumbing to reach the needs of my client group; There have been times in poor weather and power cut circumstances that the team have rushed out and helped me within half an hour of my calling them.
