After a recent problem with our pilot light on our boiler I contacted Greenfuture energy. I spoke to a helpful chap on the end of the phone who ran through a couple of checks with me. The boiler still wouldn’t light so he said he would get heating engineer round to have a look. Within the hour a engineer arrived very friendly bloke, who checked the boiler and replaced a part to do with the pilot light as it had burnt out. Upon doing some other checks in the house found out there was another problem. It had something to do with the gas meter so called the gas board and got them to come and replace the meter. Within a couple of hours the meter had been changed and the boiler was up and running and we’ve had no more issues. I would recommend Greenfuture as a company the staff are very polite and helpful. The engineer who came to our house was extremely polite taking his shoes off before entering and was also very tidy whilst working and when he left. The bill I received was extremely reasonable and if I get anymore issues with my boiler they will get the job of fixing it.

Greenfuture built the plumbing, waste and heating system for our new house in Suffolk. They designed a good system, were reliable, worked well with our builder, and the end result was a great heating and hot water system (air source heat pump). Everything works to a high standard and they are easy to deal with and immediately come in to fix any glitches. Rylan managed the project well (even fixed our internet) and Ollie did all the fixing work – all to a high standard. They also fixed an electric problem – their electrician Stuart immediate saw what needed to be done and fixed it. We strongly recommend them. Chris and Craig.

I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Green Future Energy. From initial visit through to installation, invoicing and aftercare every aspect has been fantastic. We had a new air source heat pump system, radiators and full refresh of associated plumbing. The price was competitive, we felt we got great value and the work was done to the highest quality. Greenfuture installed a full central heating system, air source heat pump and solar panels for us 2 years ago. We are so pleased with the results and service we received. All the engineers are very knowledgeable and professional and their attention to detail was fantastic. The install was very neat and they only use tried and tested…good quality products. Have used green future for years, the staff are excellent in what they do and are very friendly. They always have some one they can send. When they took out my Rayburn cooker, it took four of them as it was so heavy they where very professional and cleared up when they left. I have never had a problem, they are a very reliable company and would highly recommend.

Very happy with the installation of a NIBE air source heat pump as a replacement to our oil boiler. the level of service was excellent from start to finish, not knowing very much about the heating system was a bit daunting but we were reassured and had any questions answered straight away with a phone call. many thanks to Rylan Sibley for the installation and great service he provided through green future energy.

Had water in my oil tank, came out as soon as I called them and sorted the issue. Very efficient and tbh, was surprised at what they charged me. Was expecting alot more so overall, very happy and thankyou. Whilst they were there, i thought i might aswell get a price for downlights in my kitchen. Again, reasonably priced and the work carried out at a later date with no issues. Would highly recommend.
